The much-rumoured AirPods Pro may launch this week, if a new tip by concept designer Ben Geskin is to be believed. Apple’s upcoming AirPods have been creating quite a buzz lately for a few good reasons. The main attraction of the AirPods Pro is that they will feature noise cancelling, according to rumours so far. Bloomberg had reported that the AirPods Pro would launch in 2019 and a report last week claimed Apple could announce the truly wireless earbuds by the end of this month.
Based on the China Economic Daily report last week and Ben Geskin’s tweet a few days ago, Apple could very well announce the AirPods Pro this week. The earphones will likely have a quiet launch in the US, and Apple could announce its availability in other markets as well with India expected to be one of them.

Geskin, who has been known for creating concept renders of iPhones in the past, said in a recent tweet that the AirPods Pro will be shown on Tuesday or Wednesday at an event or session with journalists. He added that the earphones will also go on sale this week, but it would be wise to take the tip with a pinch of salt.
AirPods Pro is expected to be Apple’s most premium wireless earbuds yet. Based on recent reports, the AirPods Pro will come with a price over USD 260, which translates to around Rs 18,000. The AirPods Pro will come with noise cancelling and a new metal design. Additionally, the earbuds are rumoured to come with water resistance, improved battery life and offer “Hey Siri” support, among other things.
